Shipping & Delivery

We want to make sure your experience with us is as smooth as possible. Below is the breakdown of how we handle shipping and what you can expect after you hit the “Order” button.

1. Processing Times

We aim to get your items on the road fast. Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1–2 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as the carrier scans your package.

2. Shipping Options

We offer a few different ways to get your order to your door, depending on how quickly you need it:

  • Standard Shipping: Our most popular option. Expect your package in 5–7 business days. This is free on all orders over $75.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you’re in a hurry, this option usually arrives in 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Delivery: For those “need it now” moments, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM local time.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to ship worldwide! Please note that international orders can take anywhere from 7–21 business days to arrive depending on your location and local customs processing.

Important Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country.

4. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, or if it has been more than 10 business days since your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us a support@yourdomain.com.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently only ship to P.O. boxes using our Standard Shipping service.
  • Address Changes: To ensure security, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed.

  • Use Accordions: If this page feels too long, you can use a “Toggle” or “Accordion” style where users click the heading to see the details.
  • Highlight Free Shipping: Consider adding a colorful banner at the top of the page reminding users about the “Free Shipping over $75” threshold to encourage larger orders.
